Hi, I’m Harjeet, your local Kitset Assembly Technician covering Melbourne’s Endeavour Hills and surrounding areas.

I have been working as a store manager at a big-box retailer for almost 19 years. My strengths include ensuring that each and every customer has the best experience. For me, it is very simple: I have always been respectful to all my customers, keeping one thing in mind—to treat others as you would like to be treated. Next, ensuring safety and keeping everyone around me safe. One of my other strengths is attention to detail: always listening more and speaking less when it comes to understanding what a customer wants.

As I mentioned above, after being in retail for almost 19 years and doing the same thing day in, day out, I wanted to try something different. I also wanted to do something of my own and work my own hours while maintaining a work-life balance. I came across an ad on Facebook, and I didn't give it a second thought. I am a DIY person and have always been the first person my family and friends think of when it comes to helping them with any assembly. I met the team in person at the Melbourne expo, and the rest is history. I love Kitset and am now a proud member of this team.

I love my family, which consists of my wife and my 11-year-old son. My passion has been playing cricket. I love to say that my son enjoys playing cricket as well, and it's always been good to play together on weekends.
