G’day, I’m Robert, your local Kitset Assembly Technician for Pimpama and Gold Coast.

I’m a senior leader with over 12 years’ experience in management roles across the pharmaceutical and hearing aid sectors, driven by a genuine passion for helping others. I now bring this experience to my role as a Kitset franchisee on the Gold Coast, QLD.

Having lived and worked in South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia, I’ve developed a global perspective that helps me connect with diverse communities. In my career, I’ve led large teams across sales, finance, and production, fostering collaboration, driving strategic initiatives, and mentoring individuals—especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds—to build meaningful careers.

I joined Kitset because I admire its mission to support people with their assembly needs. My expertise in stakeholder and relationship management, project and change management, and financial oversight allows me to lead with both warmth and professionalism, building authentic client relationships and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.

I’ve been happily married to my wife, Dawn, for 13 years, and we’re proud parents to three boys. Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities and sports, exploring the Gold Coast with my family. With my global experience and passion for helping others, I’m excited to create lasting connections with Kitset’s customers and contribute to the success of the franchise.
